I love smoothies! I know who doesn’t? well, my hubby isn’t that fond of them so I drink them all the time during the day or after school snacks or after work outs! They are so versatile and easy! If I don’t like the flavor, just change it up for the next time! I think it makes up for my lack of cooking! Although not ‘Gourmet’, they do pack a punch on the nutrition scale so have fun with these and drink up!

- 1 C Mixed frozen fruit (blueberries, black and red raspberries, strawberries)
- 1 Frozen bananas (I buy discounted bananas constantly and toss them in the freezer as is! Perfectly sweet and ready for the blender adventure!)
- 1 C Almond Milk (you can use regular diary if you don’t use the Matcha Powder)
- 1 tsp Truvia or Stevia for cal free sweetness (it’s made from a plant that is naturally sweet!) (You can use honey or pure maple syrup too-my fav!)
