Yogurt Parfait


Breakfast is brought to you by yet another company I trust…Stonyfield Organic!  This morning I’m having a simple parfait (that just means layered btw!)

  • 2 Tbl Yogurt
  • 1-2 Frozen fruit of your choice (mines mixed berry-blue/rasb/black rasb/strw)
  • 2 Tbl Yogurt
  • 1tsp stone ground Flax Seed (you can replace with granola)

There you have it!  It’s simple and easy.  I buy fresh fruit in the harvest season and freeze or you can buy from Sam’s or Gordon Foods.  Be sure that it is all fruit!  I can make a few of these up the night before and take one to work or have for kids after school or for breakfast!  Replace with Greek yogurt and you have 2x the protein!
