Grilled Steak and Asparagus

Ok, I put my hubby to work!  Here’s a great meal for you and it’s all within portions!! YUM!! I quite enjoyed this one!  I hope you will too!  To help with portions, we use a little “trick”.  We use the smaller plate and fill it up.  It looks as if we are getting a lot, but it’s right in with the size that we really need!

Grilled Steak – 6-8oz

Grilled Asparagus

  • Shaved organic baby carrots
  • Olive Oil
  • Chopped garlic

Brown rice

  • Black Beans
  • Chopped Baby Carrots
  • Chopped Red Onion
  • Chopped Red/Yellow/Orange Peppers
  • Taco Seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper

Balsamic Vinegar

  1. Wow, looks great! I was cleaning out my kitchen cupboards last week and moved our regular sized dinner plates that we never use and thought, boy, those are huge! We use the small salad and sometimes just the desert plates. It does help with portion sizes for sure.
