Tuscon Chicken on a Snowy Day!


It's just a blowin outside!!

 

Yes….we are snowed in.  I gotta tell ya, I went to sleep hoping for it!  It’s a plight of living in Northern Michigan and normally it’s not a problem.  We drive a 4×4 Dodge Ram pick up truck, only…the 4×4 went out!! we are left with spinning tires and a fish-tail rear end.

 

This is not a post though of the snow…or our truck (or of the fact I got to sleep in…:) ).  Nope!  THIS is a post of my hubbies Tuscan Chicken!! He is cooking it as we speak (or should I say as I write…) and it smells sooooooo good!  So I thought I’d take a few pictures and show y’all what and how!!

 

Tuscan Chicken

  • Cleaned off Chicken Breast (2 lrg)
  • Tuscan Seasoning
  • Garlic Powder
  • Fresh Ground Sea Salt& Pepper
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

Sautee’ Chicken in Olive Oil, add all seasonings to taste, continue to sautee’ until finished.  Serves 4

Broiled Baby Reds

  • cut up baby red potatoes in 1/4
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • Ground Sea Salt & Pepper

Toss cut up potatoes in Olive oil, add Sea Salt and Pepper to taste.  Broil potatoes until tender (about 15-17 min) turning 1/2 way through.

Add Green Peas and Green Beans to the meal and enjoy!!
