Scallops all around! YUM!


Scallops!

Jim knows how much I love his cooking and his scallops are “T-AWESOME”!!!!   I don’t get them often (and I don’t know why!!!) But they are something on the “Must try” list!!  If you haven’t had them…they are actually easy to make!  So, get some and try them today! They are loaded with “Good for You” Protein which your body needs so much!  Enjoy!

Italian Veggie (Cauliflower) Stir fry

Red Quinoa w/ Yellow and Red Peppers

Scallops

  • 6 Scallops
  • Sea Salt
  • Organic Olive Oil Spray
  • Crushed Pepper
  • Fresh minced Garlic
  • Fresh Grated Lemon Zest
  • Fresh Chives
  • Cayenne Pepper (optional  – I like it!! I’m all about boosting metabolism!)

Spray pan with Organic Olive Oil (just so they won’t stick!), add garlic and simmer for about a min, lay scallops in pan on med/High heat, sprinkle with seasonings to taste, turn after about 2 min and repeat timing on other side.  Dish and add a few Green Chives on top to dress it up!  Done…  Your scallops will be slightly brown on each side and very tender!  These are great over a salad as well!!  You can mix it up a bit and get By Scallops with are much smaller when adding to a salad or stir-fry!  Don’t be afraid of these!!  They are good and good for you!
