New Year Resolutions
With the New Year, the number one resolution far above and beyond all others was to lose weight! We already know that we are not as fit as we should be! Some of us need to realize that we don’t have to be the size of 17 again. However, we don’t need to be 40, 50, 75 or more pounds overweight either! It’s not a “phase” we are going through. It’s the culmination of poor food choices and lack of activity level. For whatever reasons…we are right where our habits have gotten us!
Change is in order!!
The hard part is figuring out just how to change it. “Where do we start?” is our first big question!
