Red Fox Fitness is a site that will help you sift through fitness for your life and plan ol diets!  I am a person who has “been there”.  I use to weigh in a little over 240#  I change some of my bad habits for some good ones…made them stick and repeated the process until I had uncovered a body that I could be proud of and a lifestyle that was completely manageable!

    1. Jen, It all depends on if you’re in the gym or doing “at home” work outs! If you are in the gym, Deadlifts…form is everything here! See http://www.YouTube.com/RedFoxFitness to see how it’s done. Standing DB (Dumb Bell) flyes hit the shoulders and upper back, Lat pull-downs and Rows hit the middle. If you are at home or at the gym, it’s important to remember that ab work outs hit both abs and back. Also, if someone is carrying extra weight in the middle, The kitchen becomes a great work out as well!! Our diets are a HUGE part of our fitness and need to be addressed!! The extra weight puts strain on that lower back that isn’t necessary!! Look at our post for a good start there. As with any exercise, see your Dr. for advice before starting! Thanks!! ~Pamela
